Cajun Tofu (v) - blackened tofu, fresh tomato, baby spinach, red onion, lemony remoulade

PASTA

Grins' Mac & Cheese - penne pasta, four cheese sauce, fire-roasted poblanos, topped with cheddar and panko, then baked until bubbly and golden brown

ENTREE

Zucchini, Feta & Chickpea Fritters - semolina-battered, saffron basmati pilaf, fennel-citrus slaw, fresh herbed Greek-style yogurt
