1.27.2011 Dinner

SOUP: Zucchini & Sweet Onion Miso (v) w/ green onions


SIDES: Moroccan Curried Couscous (cold), Szechuan Noodles (v) (cold), Herb-Roasted Carrots (v) (hot)


PANINI: El Ranchero - roasted tomato, baby spinach, red onion, housemade buttermilk ranch, pickled jalapenos, cheddar


SALAD: Winter Crunch - spring mix, beet, radish, carrot, red cabbage, green apple, toasted walnuts, buttermilk-cider dressing


PASTA: Grins Mac & Cheese - penne, four cheese sauce, fire-roasted poblanos, topped with cheddar & panko, then baked until bubbly & toasty
