Panini: Tempeh Reuben - roasted tempeh, sauerkraut, housemade 1000 island, swiss

Salad: Orange, Sage Goat Cheese & Fennel - baby spinach, toasted pine nuts, orange-balsamic vinaigrette

Entree: Vegetable Tagine - lemony couscous, fennel-spiced pita, cilantro
