SOUP: Coconut-Curry Chickpea (v) with chili oil

SIDES: Fresh Fruit Salad with honey & mint (cold), Vietnamese Cucumber Salad (v) (cold), Tomato-Basil Panzanella (v) (cold), Roasted Carrots with Lemon & Fresh Thyme (v) (hot)

PANINI: Baba Ghanoush - roasted eggplant-tahini spread, roasted tomato,
baby spinach, feta

SALAD: Green Apple, Sage Goat Cheese & Walnuts - baby spinach, baby arugula, cranberries, maple-balsamic vinaigrette

ENTREE: Grilled Quesadilla - veggie chorizo, sliced avocado, roasted red peppers,
baby spinach, goat cheese, mozzarella – served with mexican brown rice

DESSERTS: Chocolate Chip Cookies (v), Snickerdoodle Cookies (v), Double Chocolate Cookies (v), Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies (v)
